How do I pay for my order?

You can pay with credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Poste Pay, MasterCard, Carta Aura) or with credit transfer if you have an account on PayPal.

How does your delivery service work?

As we receive the bill we deliver goods using a network of couriers from Monotono to all over the world. The courier will deliver your order to you in 3-5 working days. If you are ordering for delivery from US, just remember we will send Domsai except the cactus inside. You can review our delivery options in more detail so you choose the one that best suits what you need.

Are there minimum or maximum amounts that I can buy?

No, you can buy as many Domsai as you want. Till 20 items you can require and pay them on this page. For more than 20 items contact us on: shop@monotono.it

Does Bonsai require particular manteinance?

Domsai has got slits on the back in order to allow ventilation inside capsule. The plant needs few drops of water every week. We recommend you not to put Domsai under direct sunlight.

Is it possible to replace the cactus inside the Domsai?

Sure, you can replace it whenever you want. The shape must fit the capsule.

How fast does the cactus grow?

The growth rate depends on water, humidity and sunlight: each plant has different growth rate. The cactus used in Domsai reaches its maximum growth to stay comfortably inside the capsule after two years before being transplanted. Please note that if the plants watered in a constant and abundant way during the spring, they grow very quickly.

Can I buy limited edition and customized Domsai?
